Boot Camp is designed around the principle that you can start from any level of fitness and work your way to achieving the next level of fitness through a fun yet well structured fitness program.
Our camps run for 8 weeks and are usually 2 sessions each week. (16 sesssions in total)
Every session is different and you will also meet some fantastic people committed to seeing you achieve your goals!
Boot Camps are a great way to improve peoples' fitness levels through having fun and exercising outdoors.
Beginner's fitness levels go from zero to HERO or the more advanced person pushes their fitness goals.
The important thing about our Boot Camps is that we encourage people.
WE DON'T YELL AT THEM!! WE ONLY GIVE THEM GREAT MOTIVATION & A REASON TO EXERCISE!!!
Boot Camp is a great fun filled action packed team environment. Boot Camp involves:
- lots of team work activities
- aerobic conditioning
- strength work - all the usual suspects such as push ups, sit ups, dips, squats, lunges
- boxing - we do plenty of upper body work to get your frame strong as it can be
- circuits - combo of exercises, running and boxing , shuttle runs, you name it we do it!
- fitness testing - we do 2 tests, one at the beginning and end to see how you have improved!
Please Note the following terms and conditions:
- NO REFUND POLICY APPLIED - Credits will only be given (subject to approval) if medical or flight documentation is provided.
- CAMPS MAY NOT PROCEED if there is less than 8 persons - confirmation of camp along with all information, will be emailed the week prior to camp start date.
- CASH POLICY: Anderson Events does not (nor any trainers) take CASH. All payment must only be made via Credit Card, Cheques, Direct Debit and AMEX (5% Surcharge).
- N.B. Registrations received after close date may incur a $20 late processing fee
