Facilities Design & Management
Anderson Events can provide developers, architects, project managers, investors, strata managers and property managers with the best advice and service in facility design and management for corporate and residential gyms, health clubs, aquatic and leisure centres.
Anderson Events have set up an east coast service to provide clients with advice and service in numerous key areas, including:
· Facility design and equipment layout – we have been responsible for a wide range of designs of residential gyms and health clubs to ensure maximum space usage and throughput of users
· Selection and purchase of equipment – we have selected and subsequently purchased equipment based on longevity and minimum breakdown. We do not have an alliance with any one supplier and ensure that we source the most practical equipment to suit that environment. To date we have provided equipment from as little as $25,000 to more sophisticated gyms up to $250,000.We are familiar with a large range of quality suppliers and can source equipment for all Australian States and Territories. We only recommend the use of commercial grade quality equipment given we want it to last longer and be more reliable and therefore less susceptible to breakdowns. We have a list of suppliers who can provide a full range of parts and have a 24-hour call-up for equipment repairs.
· Supervision of Delivery and Installation of Equipment – we make sure that all equipment selected by us is installed as per original specification, it is thoroughly tested, and proper instructions are visible for users.
· Co-ordination of Gym Inductions – we have been employed by numerous strata managers to conduct induction sessions for all residents at new and existing facilities to ensure that the risk of injury is minimised.
· On-going facility management and staffing – we run a number of health programs in both Sydney and Melbourne and have an array of available health professionals to ensure all occupiers can be cater for, be it medical advice, nutrition, massage, personal training, and many more!
